Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Services provided by Illusdigit and sets out the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be allowed.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel a Service engagement by providing written notice to us as per your Service Agreement.

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of work completed.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on Service type, deliverables, and stage of completion.

  • Any prepaid amount for work not yet commenced may be refundable, subject to deductions (e.g., work done, incurred costs, third-party fees).

  • Deliverables already delivered and accepted are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. No Refund for Digital / Custom Work

Given the nature of digital design / development work (which is customised), once work has commenced or deliverables accepted, refunds may not be available.

5. Exceptions

Some services may have a separate refund/cancellation clause in the Service Agreement which will prevail.
